Housekeeping

IMMEDIATE HIRE: Warm family of four is seeking a professional Housekeeper/Cook for their primary residence in Brooklyn, NY. The candidate is expected to reside on-site during the summer months (July & August) at their CT residence. Responsibilities include full-charge housekeeping, deep cleaning, household organization, inventory management, general laundry, running errands, grocery shopping, managing repairs/vendors for the apartment and assist with transporting children to afterschool activities. Additionally, they will be responsible for cooking basic dinners approximately 3-4 times a week. A valid driver's license is a PLUS (car provided for work purposes), and being pet-friendly is essential as family has a small-hypoallergenic dog at the CT residence, potentially requiring pet care. No travel required. The ideal candidate is child-friendly, self-motivated, adaptable, proactive, possesses strong communication skills and can work with minimal direction and flexible to adjust to changes. Schedule is Monday – Friday 10/11AM – 6/7PM (may be flexible) with ability to stay slightly later once a week. Salary is $90K DOE, 2 weeks PTO (aligned with the family's schedule), major holidays and possible health insurance
