I am looking for a cleaner who can flip individual rooms in my house in the Southside of Chattanooga that I rent on Airbnb.

I need someone who can consistently be available between 11am and 3pm (I will plan to have a back-up person as well). Check out is at 11am, and I expect the cleaner to show up at that time to begin cleaning.

I have two bedrooms for rent, each with its own bathroom, so a typical cleaning will involve changing and washing the sheets, towels, bath mats, shower curtain liner and replacing those (I have a few sets of each), cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming. Then on a regular rotation (but not every time) cleaning the baseboards, tops of the fan blades, the blankets, etc.

Also, the common areas need to be kept clean - e.g. the kitchen, living room, stairways, half-bath, taking out the trash, ect. So those don't need to be done every day, but they should be done regularly or as needed.

Given this model, cleanings can be somewhat frequent, but don't always take very long, so this is ideal for someone who lives close to the Southside.

I would also like someone who is willing to take the laundry home and bring it back if needed. My washer/dryer is a combo and it just takes forever (very high-tech, but admittedly not so practical for this). It is important that you use unscented detergent when washing my linens, so I can provide that to you if needed, and we can work out a fair payment for the time you spend at home doing laundry.

Since the amount of cleaning is variable, I pay on an hourly basis and go on the honor system (I have done it enough myself to know how long it takes). The starting pay is $20/hr with the potential to increase. If you earn more than $600 (which would easily happen if you are my regular cleaner), I will be issuing you a 1099 (so expect to pay taxes).

The amount of cleaning days needed depends on bookings and lengths that guests stay (they could stay 1-14 days), so flexibility is needed.

I will be around to check up on the quality of cleaning. This is essentially a hotel business so cleanliness is the most important thing to keeping guests happy and getting good reviews, so I will not hesitate to speak up if there is something I would like to be done better or differently.

I do have another house in Pennsylvania and a cleaner I have been working with for a year and a half, so if you wish to talk to her about what it's like working for me, that would be no problem

There is also a likelihood that I will add on other tasks such as restocking supplies, responding to guest messages when I don't have good cell phone reception (this happens frequently for me).
