Summary

You will serve as an Information Technology (IT) Specialist (SYSANALYSIS) in the Infrastructure Division of CARDEROCK DIV NS.

This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.



Duties
  • You will serve as a lead technical IT Specialist to optimize and integrate a variety of system applications into all Infrastructure Division Processes.
  • You will serve as the systems lead for all end-users across the entire Division, addressing questions, concerns, and issues related to Archibus.
  • You will be responsible for managing facilities, technical code, and admin support work.
  • You will propose and implement enhancements to optimize the use of facility specific systems.
  • You will develop and conduct training programs for end-users to ensure proper and effective utilization of system functionalities.
  • You will oversee the data management processes within the facility software systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of information.
  • You will utilize facility systems to generate and analyze reports to provide insights into division performance.
