The Headlines:
In the role of Sr. Communications & Engagement Coordinator working in Fort Worth, Texas, you would be part of the Plant Staff Team. You will drive plant-wide internal communications, in addition to external collaboration to support outreach and volunteer programs. You will drive engagement by leading events, supporting campaigns, and driving company/plant initiatives by liaising with leadership and HR. You will also be responsible for providing senior general administrative support to the Brewery VP.
This position reports to the Brewery VP and works closely with the plant leadership team.
The Responsibilities:
- Manage all internal brewery communications, campaigns, and announcements.
- Drive brilliant execution of internal brewery events, celebrations, and programs and initiatives by managing coordination, communication, logistics, budget, etc.
- Drive end-to-end brewery volunteer events and local involvement (logistics, promotion materials, etc.). to progress internal and external relationships in the community.
- Attend plant leadership meetings and support initiatives and requests as a result of meeting outcomes that align to overarching brewery objectives and deliverables.
The Other Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, Management, Event Planning, Business Management, OR equivalent experience (5+ years) in the field of communications and/or event planning.
- Experience in progressive communications and/or are an event planning expert that possesses strong ability to effectively partner with all levels of leadership and employees.
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
