Position Summary:

Provides essential nursing care to residents under the guidance of the licensed nurse supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receives and participates in nursing report at the beginning of the shift
• Assists residents with moving and positioning
• Aids residents with ambulation as needed
• Records vital signs accurately
• Ensures residents' personal care needs are met
• Maintains cleanliness of resident units and common areas
• Informs charge nurse of resident conditions
• Complies with safety policies and procedures
• Assists with grooming, bathing, and dressing
• Hydrates residents according to policy
• Keeps health information confidential
• Reports any issues requiring attention
• Provides range of motion exercises for residents
• Assists with feeding and meal positioning
• Delivers and documents snacks and supplements
• Performs additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Active CNA license required
• Available for daytime, nighttime, and overnight shifts
• Location: In-person role in Angleton, TX 77515

Physical Demands:

Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical activities

Work Environment:

Professional office setting with minimal exposure to dust, chemicals, or noise

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 per hour
