Trade-in Event

About this RoleJoin SidelineSwap as a Trade-In Event Assistant and help to power the circular economy of sportsIn this role, you will have the ability to impact many aspects of SidelineSwap's Trade-In Events, which are hosted at retail stores (Dick's Sporting Goods, Monkey Sports, etc.) and sports facilities, where customers can trade-in their old sports gear in return for store credit.

As a Sideline

Swap Trade-In Assistant, you'll receive experience in the following areas:

event management, customer service, account management, sales & marketing, and retail analytics.
Requirements include (but not limited to):Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of Sideline

Swap Trade-In events at partner retail locationsServe as the face of SidelineSwap at Trade-In events and help to deliver the best customer experience possibleEvaluate sporting goods using our value guide and trade-in technologyLearn inventory management system to ensure proper distribution of items at eventsPhotograph items to capture key details for the purpose of e-commerceOther duties as they arise
QualificationsStrong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred (but not required):

retail experience, customer service experience, or event coordinationMust be comfortable working on feet and standing for long periodsValid driver's licenseAvailable to work on weekendsInterest or background in sports is preferred
