What you'll be doing:

The Client Audit Administrator provides support to the Client Audit Team to ensure audits from our clients run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently. This person will be responsible for preparing and coordinating remote client audits, assisting with onsite audits preparation with internal stakeholders and clients. They will also be responsible for basic client audit requests, which includes follow-up work on questionnaires and tracking and monitoring remediations.



Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in coordination of audits from our clients, including involving cross functional teams to plan and organize client audit activities. This includes collaborating with audit team and other departments to ensure necessary information and documentation is provided to clients.
  • Schedules onsite and/or remote client audit engagements and coordinates logistics of them.
  • Develops strong and professional relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Actively participates in client facing items and audit response participation.
  • Receives audit requests from clients and prioritizes them based on urgency, importance, and deadlines imposed.
  • Tracks progress of each aspect of the client audit - preparation, planning, submissions - in Responsive tracking software monitoring the status of project whether its responses to the audit and/or providing supporting documentation.
  • Ensures timely completion and adherence to deadlines of client audits and/or questionnaires.
  • Becomes subject matter expert in Responsive providing initial trainings and continuous trainings for new and existing employees.
  • Assists in documenting audit findings and recommendations in Responsive.
  • Coordinates with subject matter experts and Client Audit team to develop corrective action plan and process improvements for audit remediation.
  • Reviews audit responses for appropriateness, accuracy and completeness of the response prior to submitting information to clients.

Education/Skills/Experience:

  • Entry-level position with 2 years of working experience, preferably in highly-regulated industry, like debt collection, financial or healthcare services.
  • Audit experience is a plus.
  • Communication skills to act as point of contact between internal team members and clients.
  • Client relationship management skills to maintain professional communications in any interaction and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong technical and computer skills, including but not limited to use of Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Responsive
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, competently, and professionally in written and verbal form to a variety of audiences, including but not limited to senior leadership, front line employees, and external clients and auditors.
