The Day-to-Day

• Work completely mobile Each day, you'll be dispatched from your home to the customer's location.
• Ensure the installation and service of GPS and Fleet Management equipment is performed in a timely manner by effectively logging in and out of jobs as assigned to repair orders.
• Go the extra mile to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Keep track of work orders and paperwork for assignments

Keys to Success

• You have at least 2 years of experience in an Automotive 12V related field. Bonus points if you have worked with car audio and/or have your Mobile Electronics Certification Profession (MECP) designation
• You're able to: test vehicle wiring using a Multimeter, disassemble vehicle dashboards and troubleshoot vehicle wiring
• You have your own tools with reliable transportation and a valid Driver's license
• You are dedicated to achieving excellence and work with others to tackle the tasks at hand
• You're meticulously organized and have a very high attention to detail, effectively managing deadlines and multiple tasks
• You have a strong desire to deliver above expected results
