What we're looking for
The Partner Manager at Massive Rocket is the architect of our powerful alliance network. You'll be the bridge between Massive Rocket and the world's best businesses, forging strategic partnerships that unlock exponential growth for both sides.
This role is your chance to dive deep into market trends, understand client needs, and identify the perfect partners to complement our innovative data and CRM solutions. You'll build strong relationships, negotiate win-win agreements, and collaborate on initiatives that push the boundaries of what's possible. Be our champion in the global marketplace, and together, let's take Massive Rocket and our partners to new heights.
Responsibilities
• Demand Generation - Generate new opportunities for engagement through thoughtful partner development.
• Qualification / Nurturing - Understand client requirements, bring market insights to conversations, handover introduction conversations to client partners.
• Sales Support - Support Client Partners on end-to-end sales cycles.
• Partnerships & Alliances - Develop strategic partnerships and alliances; identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and collaborate on initiatives to enhance market position and client value, aiming to expand reach and enrich services.
• Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence - Market trend analysis, customer needs assessment, and competitive landscape evaluation to inform strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and anticipate market shifts.
Your Skills & Qualifications
• Sales - you love reaching out to people, building and maintaining relationships
• Research – you have a huge appetite for listening and learning new things. You are able to understand complex problems and simplify them to their essence.
• Project management – you are well organised, able to track and communicate across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Entrepreneurial – you are a self-starter and able to identify challenges, map out solutions and "figure things out" as you go along.
• Communication – You have great presentation and written communication skills.
Experience
• 6+ years experience in a client facing role
• Experience working in sales (BDR role) in the services industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English written and verbal skills
• Deep understanding of marketing technology (ideal)
• Organised and self-sufficient
