Compensation: $38.00 per hour, Paid Time off, Company 401k contributions, Health, dental, and vision insurance. Total Annual Compensation including benefits is $88,000.00

IT Communications Specialist Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Communications Specialist to join our team. The Communications Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our client's mission, initiatives, and brand. This role requires strong writing, editing, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate across departments and engage with diverse stakeholders.
The Communication Specialist will be responsible for supporting International client IT areas and affiliates communication, generating reports, tracking team tasks and executing other administrative activities that support key initiatives of International IT Area & Affiliate teams.
IT Communications Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Support area and affiliates communication by drafting and editing emails, newsletters, and other communications materials
• Work with Global IT Comms to align communication with enterprise guidelines and request for additional support if needed
• Assist in the planning and execution of communication campaigns
• Generate reports to track progress of teams' commitments and identify deviation on the plan
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members
• Track tasks and deadlines related to communication and operational support of key initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the team, such as data entry, consolidation and visualization
• Support information gathering and presentations preparation based on EU/Intercon LT guidance
• Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed

IT Communications Specialist Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of demonstrable experience as a Communication Specialist, Reporting Analyst or Admin or similar role, preferably in an IT or technology-driven environment.
• Proven ability to write clear and concise communication materials
• Experience with report generation and data analysis
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus
