Job Description

The facilities team is looking to hire a Facilities Planner that will be responsible for the daily and on-going building operations which includes repair and maintenance, engineering, custodial, operational services, stocking, receiving, fire and life safety, running equipment, as well as other building needs.

This position will also be responsible for leading vendors and on-site contractors through building maintenance functions to ensure 100% successful building operation.

This role supports all aspects of facilities operations and services as well as general building appearance and operation.

This roll is based in Rockville, MD but may require travel to other Washington, DC and Maryland sites.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma and 2 plus years of experience in all aspects of commercial facilities.
Must be able to work as part of a team.
Strong drive and willingness to learn.
Knowledge of life safety systems.
Working knowledge of Modular furniture moves.
Experience with commercial HVAC systems.
Good written communication skills, e-mails, written interface.
Good customer service skills.
Availability 24/- emergency calls/working weekends/late nights if required.
Motivated to deliver high quality services on time.
Mechanical abilities - hanging TV's, whiteboards, Demo, etc.
Understanding of basic electrical systems, UPS, ATS, Electrical Panels, etc.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Must be able to get a Top Secret Clearance.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range:
$ $87340

Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:

business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
