Responsibilities:

  • Executing recruitment marketing strategies and initiatives nationwide through authentic storytelling
  • Create content and share stories that illuminate our brand on YouTube, the company website, industry sites, social media, and other platforms that engage talent
  • Implement organic and paid advertising campaigns and evaluate ROI
  • Create and distribute internal company communications
  • Maintain the website content and functionality along with our CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Assist with other projects and requests as needed
  • Managing and coordinating vendor relationships

Skills/Experience/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • AT LEAST 1 year of digital marketing, social media, content management, PR, or related experience
  • Skills in videography, photography, editing, project management, and/or production
