A local credit union is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as a Branch Manager. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the well-being of your designated branch. You will oversee all duties of the branch which includes training branch personnel, handling complaints, coordinating schedules, and authorizing any adjustments/corrections.

Full-time, Monday to Saturday

Kealakekua, Big Island
Pay
$68,602 a year
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the branch.
- Responsible for the safekeeping of all cash, money orders and cashier's checks.
- Authorize corrections or adjustments and report any unusual adjustments.
- Oversee and approve merchant services.
- Develop budgets for loan growth, deposit growth, staffing, and branch improvements.
- Interview potential employees for the branch.
- Train and cross-train branch personnel.
- Professionally handle complaints and grievances.
- Coordinate work schedule, vacation schedule and workload for branch personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or 5 years management experience in a financial institution or related work experience.
- College degree with 3-4 years management experience in a financial institution.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
