Management Analyst

This position is within the Natural Resources Conservation Service Americus Area Office. It has the responsibility of supporting the entire local support unit. The incumbent is responsible for conducting a detailed analyses of functions, processes, and data pertaining to the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of programs and work operations in the state.

• Provide support in the analysis of functions, processes, and data pertaining to the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of programs and work operations in the state.
• Utilizes monitoring tools for direct charge of technical assistance and monitors employee time charges, providing information to management to track charges within budgetary constraints.
• Generates reports that provide Farm Bill accomplishments, tracking, and budget status; reports are generated from the ProTracts and WebTA into Excel and Access.
• Participates in workload analysis or workforce planning efforts.
