Cornerstone Fencing is looking for an experienced ornamental fence foreman to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, have a good work ethic and be able to run several crews of ornamental fence installers.

We offer good pay and benefits. Pay based on experience and ability. Full time hours, 4-day work week, M-TH, 10 hour days.


Prior experience running job crews, Ornamental fence experience, valid drivers license and be approved by our insurance company to drive company vehicles.

Experience using hand and power tools, use of tape measure accurately, power equipment like Dingo, core drill, etc.

Establish the location for a fence and gather information needed for locate to be done, do locate request and at times order material for the projects.

Measure and lay out fence lines and mark posthole positions. Dig postholes using spades and posthole diggers or power augers, dig trenches. Record and document hours spent on jobs on time sheets as well as the job books. Able to lift 100lbs, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Cornerstone was established in 1981 and manufactures affordable, premium quality driveway gates, pedestrian gates and fencing. We are based in Milwaukie, OR.
