North Colorado Spine & Orthopaedics is a private practice in Northern Colorado that is partnered with Nadora Healthcare and we are looking for an Orthopaedic Surgeon to treat patients who require procedures such as total knee arthroplasty, total hip arthroplasty, total shoulder arthroplasty, fractures, and sports medicine cases.

Excellent compensation and benefits4 weeks of vacationCME AllowancePaid MalpracticeNo trauma callAccess to private real estate investments as a source of passive incomeAncillary income sources: opportunity for investment in ASC sharesAccess to medical tourism cases coming to our practice and facility from around the country after six months of employmentOpportunity to become an owner in the practice and facility after three years of employment.Orthopaedic Surgeon Responsibilities:Consulting with patients and analyzing patient data to determine patient needs and treatment goals.Examining patients to diagnose bone, joint, ligament, or other musculoskeletal problems, including diseases, or injuries.Collaborating with other specialists, when necessary, to determine a course of treatment.Recording patient care by maintaining detailed notes of appointments with patients, including comments, tests, and/or treatments prescribed, and test results.Performing surgical procedures on various parts of the musculoskeletal system, including plating broken bones, reattaching tendons and ligaments, or performing joint or hip replacements, among other procedures.Referring patients to physical therapy, when necessary, or performing non-invasive procedures such as casting and splinting limbs.Requirements:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree4 to 7 years' internship and residency training, specializing in Orthopaedic Surgery.Successful completion of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE)Certification by The American Board of Orthopaedic SurgeryValid and active medical license in the State of ColoradoOrthopaedic fellowship in Total Joint Arthroplasty or Sports Medicine is preferred.
