This C.N.A. / Unit Clerk opportunity is full time and offers a convenient day shift schedule. Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performs patient care responsibilities considering the needs specific to the standard of care for the patient's age; pediatric, geriatric, and the general population.
• Assists with patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
• AnsweEvery morning prints the patient Bedside shift reportrs call lights and anticipates needs of all patients.
• Stays in patient room when patients are toileting.

Requirements:

• Current Nevada C.N.A. certification.
• Current BLS certification
• Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
