We're looking for an inspiring Staff Data Engineer to join our engineering team focused on workplace analytics
You might be interested in this role if:

You are highly interested in building intuitive solutions that empower our customers to learn more about their workplace. This includes pre-built dashboards and reports as well as our self-serve Advanced Analytics platform.
You are driven to build highly available and highly accurate data systems.
You are interested in helping to reshape the workplace as we know it through these efforts.

This role is interesting because:

You will build customer facing data pipelines and models, empowering business users to create their own reports and dashboards.
You will solve complex data challenges to meet the needs of a highly dynamic business.
You will analyze and interpret complex data sets
You will help our customers understand their workplace better and find ways to improve it.

You are qualified if you have:
5+ years of experience building software at a SaaS company.
2+ years of experience building out data platforms.
Experience with data transformation tools, orchestration tools and data warehouse. DBT, Airflow and Snowflake preferred.
High proficiency with SQL and Python, and willing to jump into other projects as the need arises.. These projects may include , PHP and other similar languages.
Passion for providing the best possible customer experience.
