  9. Manage reservations and room assignments effectively.

  10. Security and Safety:
  11. Monitor property security and perform safety checks of the premises.
  12. Handle guest emergencies and incidents during the night.
  13. Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

  14. Administrative Tasks:
  15. Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts and running backups.
  16. Prepare and distribute various operational reports.

  17. Customer Service:
  18. Provide exemplary customer service to guests throughout their stay.
  19. Address and resolve guest issues and complaints professionally.
  20. Anticipate guest needs and proactively assist them.
