Education: Ability to read and write English

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year culinary experience, preferably in high volume upscale hotel operation
Serve Safe Certified or equivalent
Familiar with all cooking techniques
Familiar with batch and quantity cooking
Ability to multi-task and comfortable working with a team in fast paced kitchens
High level of professionalism
Great communication and hospitality skills
Flexible scheduling
Responsibilities:Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines
Required to learn all menu items
Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within necessary time frame
Production of orders for guests
Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times
Skills and Abilities: Communication and hospitality skills (English required); High level of professionalism; Comfortable working with a team in fast paced kitchens; Kitchen admin experience helpful
