Regional Sales Manager -Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and exceeding goals? Do you have a passion for safety products?

If so, we're looking for a strategic and motivated Regional Sales Manager for our client.

About the Role:


You will play a key role in maximizing market share within an assigned 10-state territory, driving revenue growth, and forging strong relationships with professionals.


Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for your region, aligned with company goals.

Identify and qualify leads, establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.

Deliver impactful sales presentations, clearly demonstrating the value of our solutions to address their specific needs.

Negotiate and close deals, exceeding individual and regional sales targets.

Provide ongoing support and training to your dealerships, fostering a high-performing culture.

Compile and analyze sales data, generating insightful reports and recommendations.

Maintain a professional image and represent the company with integrity and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a sales role, ideally within the medical, first response or healthcare industry.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently growing revenue.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional time management and follow-up skills.

Ability to travel 50%.
