Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
    • Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to support business objectives.
    • Identify target audiences and develop marketing initiatives to reach them effectively.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategy.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Develop engaging content for various channels, including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials.
    • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Work with our digital marketing agency on reporting and performance analysis.
    • Assist in the development of digital assets to ensure consistent branding.
    • Provide presentations on digital marketing performance and strategy to internal stakeholders.
  • Brand Management:
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure their application across the company.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Forecast marketing materials needs to ensure timely availability.
    • Collaborate with the purchasing department in the buying process, from quoting to approval of colors.
    • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Plan and execute company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
    • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Administrative Work:
    • Collaborate with the accounting team to create vendors in the system.
    • Manage special marketing requests and ensure timely processing.
    • Handle administrative tasks, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with sales, product development, business development and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
    • Communicate marketing plans, activities, and results to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual professional proficiency (English and Spanish required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly personable, energetic, proactive, team player, and a self-starter.
