Responsibilities:
- Circulate across multiple specialties in the Operating Room.
- Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring safe and efficient patient care.
- Work independently, following the nursing process effectively.
- Coordinate patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
- Delegate tasks appropriately.
- Identify hospital resources and act as a clinical mentor for new staff members.
- Demonstrate positive leadership within the unit or department.
