Job Description

Manage IT projects, oversee project planning, design, and execution to meet requirements.Ensure user stories are fully defined and ready for development, identify and address complex impediments, and support sprint commitments.Form and guide a new Agile Scrum team to determine velocity and enhance delivery.Collaborate with the Product Owner and Development Team to maintain transparency of team artifacts and facilitate alignment for high-quality story delivery.Support digital transformation, release management, and Agile practices, including coaching stakeholders and tracking agile metrics.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in a Scrum Master role, with an emphasis in the following areas:

Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, introducing team agreements, and coaching teams in applying Scrum Framework and Agile principles.Collaborating with solution architects on cloud service models and leading migration of infrastructure and applications to cloud environments.Coaching Product Owners and development teams in backlog refinement and Agile best practices, improving team performance and agility.Providing Agile leadership training, facilitated workshops, and improved Agile maturity through effective communication and coaching.Retail Banking background preferred.
