Canton Symphony Orchestra announces the following vacancies beginning in the season

SECTION VIOLA
(approx services per season)
along with possible unconducted
Ensemble services (String, Mixed Ensembles, etc.)


Auditions will be held Sunday, September 15, 2024, from 5:00pm - 9:00pm at the Cleveland Institute of Music, Studio 217, 11021 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH, Preliminary auditions will be held at 5pm with final round beginning immediately after.

The per service rate for the Section Viola positions is $123.26, plus 5.995% pension contributions (AFM-EPF). Per service rate for the first daily Ensemble service (up to an hour period) is $95.50. Some services require daytime availability.
