About The Role:

As the Head of Small Format Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving Feastables' success within small format retail, specifically focusing on Convenience (C-store), Drug, and Value channels. Leveraging your deep industry knowledge and strategic acumen, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing relationships with key retailers, crafting strategies that align with our broader vision and goals.

In this role, you'll combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution, all while expanding Feastables' footprint within this sector. You will drive critical decisions that will shape the market presence of one of the fastest-growing snack brands and lead us to new heights - we can't wait to have you as part of this journey

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand Feastables' presence and market share in small format retail channels, focusing on C-store, Drug and Value
  • Create tailored sales strategies for various product categories, ensuring they align with our overarching brand strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, and Strategy teams to maintain a unified brand message and product synergy
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key convenience, drug, and value retailers
  • Actively identify and leverage trends and innovations in the CPG and retail landscape
  • Set and surpass ambitious sales targets, using data-driven insights for strategic planning

Recipe For Success:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales within the CPG industry, with a significant emphasis on small format retail channels
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in major retail accounts
  • A proven history of leading sales teams to consistently exceed targets and objectives
  • In-depth understanding of the small format retail landscape, consumer purchasing behaviors, and category management
  • Robust analytical capabilities to dissect market trends, consumer preferences, and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of leading internal and external discussions
  • A proactive approach, thriving in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in the creator and social media space, aligning with Feastables' brand ethos
