Our Administrative Sales team is looking for a

Bilingual Customer Service Representative

. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers located in Mexico and other international markets through timely and accurate order entry, reviewing of orders, and responding to and resolving customer related issues.

Day-to-Day Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by accurately taking, expediting and following up on customer orders, returns, credit memos, and debit memos
  • Communicate with customers, sales force, and other departments on orders status to research, problem solve, analyze and resolve complex customer issues
  • Prioritize work in order of importance and manage deadlines to meet the needs of the customer
  • Consult and keep management apprised on significant account developments or activities
  • Understand and interpret customer needs and wants.
  • Process and accurately maintain customer specific pricing information
  • One or more of the following duties will be assigned based on the needs of the department:
  • Work closely with the Graphics Department to process custom print orders
  • Work closely with the Master Data Department to keep customer information updated and accurate
  • Review pricing related customer deductions from the Credit Department and issue accurate credit memos as necessary
  • Assist in handling special requests

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Six (6) months of experience in a customer service field
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both Spanish and English, in order to communicate with internal and external customers; verbal skills to include a pleasant phone demeanour
  • Ability to work independently, multi task, and make sound decisions without immediate supervision
  • Must be able to stay focused and engaged in a work environment that is open and active
  • Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast paced, customer focused work environment, characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to exhibit creativity and flexibility in solving customer problems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in using Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Six (6) months of customer service experience in a call/contact center enviornment
  • Data entry experience
  • SAP experience
