Responsibilities:
Work safely to represent Ziegler technology products as they are sold to Ziegler's Mining market, primarily the full suite of CAT MineStar solutionsProvide exceptional customer experience by answering initial technician/customer inquiries and generating support tickets for the Mining Technology Support teamAssist with resolving customer support cases in a timely manner via office work, customer calls, etc.Work with Mining Technology Support team to improve repair process, build training material, and communicate troubleshooting standardsAt times climb onto equipment to assist with troubleshooting technology issuesWork collaboratively with team to help support various projectsOther duties as assigned

Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED preferredPursuing degree in either Computer Sciences or IT preferredExceptional customer service skillsExcellent communication skills - both verbal and writtenExperience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint requiredAdvanced Computer skills including network architecture, server maintenance, and report building preferredPersonal Attributes: dependable, organized, willing to learn, able to multi-task, and attention to detailBasic mechanical, operational, or support and service knowledge of product line is preferredWork onsiteAble to work up to 28 hours per week
