OVERVIEW:
- Locum Tenens
- Emergency Medicine
- 24 week rotations
- 12hour shifts
- 8a8p
2p-2a
- 1099 Position
- Direct deposit 1st and 15th each month
COMPENSATION:
- Hourly Rate. $247.50
- OT and Holidays paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate
- Travel days at the beginning and end of the assignment are paid at the hourly rate
- Housing and travel expenses included and are arranged with provider's approval
- Medical malpractice insurance provided
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Active License with State of Alaska
- BLS, ACLS, ATLS and PALS
- Active DEA Registration
- Minimum 2 years of solo fullspectrum emergency experience required in a hospital setting
- Must have direct patient care experience with stabilization and transfer, including intubations, chest tubes, complicated airways and strong suturing skills.
