CNAs are privileged to be invited into deeply vulnerable moments with patients and families. Our team works closely together to ensure the highest quality experience, with STNAs serving as the eyes and ears of the interdisciplinary team. Quick response CNAs play a crucial role in our Even More Care program, responding to urgent physical or psychosocial needs and sitting beside as a patient is in the active stages of dying. If you value being part of this sacred journey, honoring the dignity and respect every individual deserves in their final moments, then we want to hear from you.
CNA Qualifications:
- Must have current, state CNA certification.
- 1 year of current experience as a CNA.
- Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.
CNA Schedule & Benefits:
- Wednesday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 8:30 AM
- Be part of a team willing to grow, listen, be heard, and be challenged.

- Kansas City Area offices are located in Independence, Warrensburg, and Gladstone. CNAs cover assigned territory.
