How Will You Shine?

As a valued and successful Homeowner Representative, you will be required to:

Meet service quality standards that affect guest satisfaction; respond to guest questions or problems in a timely, professional manner
Meet the hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, attendance, and punctuality
Accept opportunities to learn new skills, improve performance or cross-train for other hotel positions
Be alert to hazards and responsible for carrying out the hotel's safety, security, and emergency procedures
Visually inspect vacant units for maintenance and cleanliness quality; perform inventory inspections
Inspect units to ensure they meet standards of cleanliness and product quality
Maintain work areas clean and organized
Perform an inventory of amenities and case goods
Report all unsafe conditions immediately
Communicate exceptions to Housekeeping, Engineering, and ownership
Communicate to Housekeeping units to be deep cleaned or other projects
Follow through on complaints and requests regarding service in the condo units
Attend all required meetings
