Hours are Monday through Friday- 8am to 4pm with a 30 minute lunch. Will work 38 hours a week unless they are asked to put in more time but should be no more then your normal 40 hour work weeks.

Will be working in the office, cubicles have not arrived yet but they do have desks in the office so they will have there own space to work. Will be exposed to the warehouse and work with Warehouse managers in regards to inventory. Must be comfortable going to production floor. NO MANUAL LABOR.

Responsibilities:


• Collect and maintain production data such as production counts


• Compile and prepare reports on production activities, progress, and issues


• Verify accuracy of production records and reconcile discrepancies


• Complete inventory transactions for the Supply Chain team


• Communicate production status and issues with management and other departments


• Perform other administrative duties as needed

-Perform lots of data entry and administrative responsibilities
