We are looking for a Exposure Reduction Process (ERP) to join our NAF team in Freeport, TX.

As an Exposure Reduction Process (ERP) Facilitator, within the Site Services group, you will build a meaningful career supporting the safety of Freeport Site workers. The BASF Freeport, Texas site has over 950 employees and 800 contract workers across multiple business units. Since 1958, the BASF Freeport Site has been an integral part of Brazoria County

During your shift as a ERP Facilitator, you will


• Leading ERP (Exposure Reduction Process) steering committee meetings and report out all critical and/or time sensitive items on a monthly basis.

• Developing, mentoring, and training Steering Committee members.

• Organizing and executing training workshops that support ERP.

• Analyzing and reporting monthly observation data including leading issues.

• Entering and monitoring observation data entry into software database.

• Maintaining and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of key issues including recommendations to management to address at-risk behaviors / conditions.

• Flexibility is required to be able to work any shifts as needed and / or directed.

• Developing / delegating information and postings for site bulletin boards across the plant.

• Participating on site committees as required.

• Advance ERP tools and skill to the next level of performance across the site.

• Assisting in training of safety related topics.

• Can work with and influence all levels of the organization to improve the site EHS Culture and its processes.

• Are able to analyze and report data and recommend improvements to the area supervisor/manager and/or site leadership team.

• Have a strong motivation to continuously improve employee engagement and safety in the workplace.

• Have strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to deliver concepts to coworkers and senior leaders on site which include relating site examples and interactive training techniques.

• Possess active listening skills to be able to understand workplace issues to effectively impact the advancement of the site's EHS Culture.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to effectively generate reports and data as needed.

• Are skillful to prepare and present presentations to varied audiences using PowerPoint.

• Are organized and possess effective project management and training skills.

• Are a self-starter and demonstrate initiative in developing and implementing processes without direct supervision. The ideal candidate will lead by example with a consistent and positive manner that gains the respect of fellow employees.
