The Role:

As a Therapist with us, you'll be at the forefront of providing crucial therapeutic support to individuals navigating substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting individual counseling sessions and leading engaging group sessions.
  • Maintaining meticulous documentation to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Coordinating seamless discharge planning for clients' smooth transitions.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
  • One year of experience providing services to adults with substance use disorder and/or mental illness.
  • Relevant licensure: LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Stellar organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
