PMA Houseperson Specialist

A PMA Houseperson Specialist / Inspector is responsible for inspecting, cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As PMA Houseperson Specialist / Inspector, you would be responsible for inspecting, cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Deep Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, guestrooms, public areas, storages. and offices
Perform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting (high / low dusting) and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming (including edges and under furniture), mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and cleaning guestroom appliances
Greet guests in a friendly manner
Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
Follow up on maintenance deficiencies in rooms once completed
Inspect guestrooms
Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed
The hourly rate is $22.00-$25.50 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. RequirementsWhat are we looking for?
