Responsibilities:
Manage all customer communication on Service Projects
Provide a customer service experience that delights our customers
Coordinate all scheduling of Service Assets (Techs) to support Service Projects
Build and maintain effective relationships with stake holders, both internal and external
Place materials orders to support Service Projects ??? Ensure on-time delivery
Produce and distribute post-call Status to internal and external stakeholders
Lead/Support development and implementation of new processes, and process improvements
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
