Duties

Engineering and Laboratory Services Division and Civil Engineering Division #2 (Construction Management) has one vacancy each.

The duties listed below are at the full performance level.

  • Performs a variety of management functions including electronic time and attendance, personnel actions, travel, training, purchasing, and project management.
  • Composes correspondence on routine and occasionally non-routine administrative maters and light technical subjects. Formats and edits technical reports to agency specifications.
  • Refers technical inquiries to the appropriate individual. Assists individuals in the office with finding correct forms or contacts to complete routine and non-routine office tasks.
