- Full time position with 50% administrative and 50% clinical duties
- Primary location will be Grant Medical Center
- Large practice with 35 providers

Requirements:
- A medical degree with licensure in the State of Ohio
- BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- 5 years of practicing palliative experience required
- Prior leadership experience preferred
