I need somebody to come in twice per month and do basic housekeeping tasks. Vacuum, wipe off counters and the top of the stove, clean the toilet and bathtub.I'll pay 20/hr for the first session, but after that I would prefer to negotiate a flat rate per job twice a month that should lead to you getting a higher per hour rate if you work fast.
My living space is pretty small and it should be a pretty easy job. Quick in and out. I'm sure you will be able to fit in other clients on the same day.
I am very flexible with scheduling, but would prefer during regular business hours sometime in the weekday afternoons ideally.
