You will utilize current real property inventory records located in and facility history files located in USMC MAX (Maximo) physically inspects and record deficiencies on all buildings, utility systems, and major installed equipment.

You will inspect building structural components, building mechanical and electrical systems and utility distribution systems in consonance with inspection guidelines.

You will prepare cost estimates as required for correction of recorded deficiencies.
You will enter all data and results into the iNFADS (program database) and USMC MAX (Maximo) database.
You will record all capital improvements for real property into the iNFADS database.
You will assist Planning Officer and Planners as required.
