Serve as a Customer Support IT specialist with responsibility for resolving customer problems related to End User Devices functionality with respect to working Command software systems.

Document, review, resolve, close submitted end user trouble tickets using DHA IT trouble ticketing system, SERVICENOW in a timely fashion.

Deploy, install and maintain common usage software and hardware, controls current versions and future releases of specific software applications and documents the physical configuration of an information system.

Monitor performance data and modifies End User Devices' tuning parameters to optimize overall performance, corrects and/or prevents problems with the systems environment.

Execute the quality control programs for inventory control and receipts functions.
Review accuracy of location audit and record changes for all equipment handled.
