We are searching for ambitious, hardworking individuals dedicated to hospitality for a new restaurant concept coming soon to Aptos, CA.

Chef Owner Trent Lidgey from One Fish Raw Bar has partnered up with restauranter Brandon Smittcamp of Fresno. The duo will be opening Dos Pescados this June 2024. The restaurant will serve elevated coastal Mexican cuisine with a strong emphasis on local Californian ingredients.


Chef Trent has dedicated his career to refining his craft at acclaimed restaurants such as Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, Brae in Australia, and Uni in Boston he plans to combine his culinary expertise with Brandons years of experience in hospitality and operations to create an unforgettable dining experience.

We are seeking a Chef De Cuisine for immediate employment. Prior experience in high end dining establishments is required.

We're looking for applicants with strong understanding of Mexican cuisine who will play a large role in initial menu development, organization, implementing systems, training staff, and all other culinary related tasks.

This will be an amazing opportunity to flex some creative muscle and make a name for themselves in the greater Santa Cruz area.
