What you will be doing:
Establish and manage the new location ensuring alignment with the companies brand standards and operational protocolsLead recruitment, training, and management of local staff, including DJs and administrative personnel, to ensure top-notch service and performance.Design and implement strategic business plans specific to the local market dynamics to promote growth and expansionWho you are:Someone with DJ experience and a willingness to pursue the craftMust be resourceful and proven business management skillsExperience in an event coordination, event management, and have an established entertainment networkAble to relocate to Hawaii or San Francisco after L.A. based trainingAble to train in L.A. for 3 months
