Summary:

The Arizona Cardinals are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced technology coordinator with technical customer service experience. This position will be part of a dynamic and multifunctional technical team that supports Arizona Cardinals staff at the Glendale facilities and support live events at State Farm Stadium.

This position is part of the technology department and will be based in Glendale and will support all equipment and employees working at the State Farm Stadium, Heritage at Sportsman's Park, and other locations as required. The main responsibilities for this position include technical support and troubleshooting for venue technology, staff, and related computing technologies and systems.

This position will support day to day IT enterprise systems in addition to live events (Cardinal's football games, concerts, activities, and events) at all sites. This role will be involved with many aspects of systems used by all staff and others if needed, potentially requiring 7 days a week and night schedules. Other responsibilities include event support, game day duties at games, training camp and extended trips.

Primary Job Duties:

The Coordinator, Stadium Technology will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following:

  • Manage all IT requests for the Arizona Cardinals, Craft Culinary, Insignia, and stadium partners: AZSTA, ASM, while providing excellent customer support.
  • Provide customer service and technical support to Arizona Cardinals team, staff, and venue systems.
  • Manage and respond to IT service management requests via our ticketing system.
  • Run point on IT office asset management, hardware support, and shipping.
  • Support all new hire on-boarding and off-boarding procedures.
  • Administer our business applications including, but not limited to: Azure AD, Office 365, G Suite, Adobe, AWS, Active Directory, MDM, Intune, VPN.
  • Support hardware installation, RMA, POS, network cabling, and related troubleshooting.
  • Ability to learn new software and solutions quickly.
  • Provide end-user support for both PC and Mac computers.
  • Proactively monitor and secure the Arizona Cardinals computing devices.
  • Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedure.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and manage technical IT-related projects.
  • Performs problem isolation and resolution of network problems.
  • Support live events throughout the year which will include domestic and/or global travel.
  • On-Call rotation to support our games as well as the 24/7 security operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of relevant service desk experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant service desk experience.
  • Must be able to work in a team focused, fast-paced environment; handle multiple tasks with the ability to reprioritize and shift priorities quickly.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Intune/autopilot experience a plus.
  • Experience with scripting, programming, and automation tools a plus.
  • Experience with configuring Mac devices. Prior MDM experience a plus.
  • Experience with administering endpoint security solutions e.g. anti-virus.
  • Experience with adobe suite, or other photo editing software a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an expert ability to present and communicate new ideas and concepts.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A high degree of personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first.
  • Must be an honest, empathetic, respectful communicator and cross-organizational collaborator.
  • Ability to create documentation, change management protocols, generate reports, and present them to leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and troubleshooting techniques to quickly diagnose and resolve computing issues.
  • Ability to accurately handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required.
  • This position may require the individual to have access to confidential records and information. To successfully perform this position, confidentiality of the information with which the individual has contact must be maintained.
  • Frequent bending, lifting 50 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
