The town of Amherst seeks a part-time Plumbing and Gas Inspector to perform a variety of technical duties in inspection of buildings to ensure compliance with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts plumbing and gas codes and other related laws, codes and regulations and the safety of the public.

Must possess or obtain a valid Massachusetts driver's license and a current Massachusetts journeyman plumbers and gas fitters license. Must have knowledge of operation and service of a plumbing and gas inspection program.
