Desafíos que Enfrentarás:

  • Apoyar al equipo para alcanzar objetivos ambiciosos, eliminando obstáculos y fomentando una comunicación que impulse la entrega de valor al cliente final.
  • Difundir nuestro enfoque de trabajo entre los equipos, proporcionando apoyo para fomentar la proactividad y la autogestión.
  • Contribuir a la mejora continua, desafiando procesos y productos, tanto a nivel de equipo como organizacional.
  • Monitorear la ejecución de actividades, asegurando que cada proyecto cumpla con las condiciones especificadas en la propuesta comercial aceptada por el cliente.
  • Vigilar el progreso del proyecto, alertando de manera oportuna sobre desviaciones en los recursos asignados.
  • Comunicar el progreso, riesgos y bloqueos a clientes y equipos internos.
  • Actualizar indicadores clave del proyecto y fomentar su uso eficiente en los equipos.
  • Coordinar reuniones, documentando acuerdos y compromisos.

Conocimientos Necesarios:

  • Nivel de Inglés conversacional ( B2 mínimo, mandatorio, no excluyente).
  • Profesional Universitario.
  • 3 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos tecnológicos (ágiles y tradicionales).
  • Manejo de metodologías ágiles
  • La certificación de Scrum y/o Product Owner es un plus.
  • Certificación PMI (PMP o CAPM).
  • Experiencia en Jira.
  • Habilidad en la resolución de problemas (es un Must).
  • Experiencia en proyectos Cloud AWS es un plus.
