Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Clinical Audiologist at Worth Audiology located in Owasso, OK. The Clinical Audiologist will be responsible for conducting diagnostic tests to assess hearing loss and other ear-related disorders for all ages, interpreting test results, providing hearing aid recommendations and fittings, counseling patients on hearing health, and maintaining patient records. The Clinical Audiologist will work closely with other healthcare professionals including ENT to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.)
- Valid state license
- Experience in conducting diagnostic tests,tinnitus assessment and management
- Knowledge of hearing aid technology and experience in hearing aid fittings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Compassion and empathy for patients with hearing loss
