Join the values-based, collaborative group of physicians and advanced practice providers at the IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians Women's Health practice. We are seeking a board certified/eligible Obstetrician Gynecologist or OB Laborist to join our compassionate team in the picturesque town of Bloomington, Indiana. This opportunity allows our patients access to improved health care at the new IU Health Bloomington Hospital (named as a high-performing hospital for maternity care by U.S. News & World Report) along with satellite locations in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Work/life balance valued with excellent schedule Full-scope OB/GYN care, including but not limited to Deliveries (vaginal & cesarean) and Gyn surgery (option of DaVinci platform)OB Laborist: 24 hour shifts preferred, manage OBED, unassigned patients, and backup for practice group including deliveries (vaginal & cesarean), supervision of APP and CNM, other emergency procedures, as neededOpportunities for clinical education of medical studentsSign-on Bonus Comprehensive benefits package including group insurance (health, dental, life, disability), 401k with company match, PTO, relocation assistance and occurrence-based malpractice insurance coverage starting the first day of employment.
