Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with agents and brokers.
- Manage existing book of business.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Explore and develop new market opportunities.
- Efficiently handle carrier relationships.
- Provide guidance and training to Assistant Brokers.
- Thoroughly review and analyze risks, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
- Maintain compliance with government agencies and corporate policies.
- Attend training sessions to stay current with skills.
- Uphold the highest level of confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as required.
