*About us*Capital KIDS is a speech and occupational therapy clinic in Sacramento, CA., located less than one mile from CSUS, providing both clinic-based and school-based services.


Our clinic is well-appointed with individual speech rooms as well as larger shared sensory motor rooms for groups and co-treatment sessions.

We have full-time administrative support on-site for intake, scheduling, supply management, and client and therapist support.


Our team learns and grows together through team meetings, on- and off-site continuing education opportunities and regular, company-sponsored team bonding events and gatherings.

We provide career advancement opportunities through project development initiatives, collaboration with universities and local businesses, collaboration with other specialties, leadership opportunities, and more.


We are an elite team of accomplished speech and occupational therapists working in a busy and friendly setting with a constant stream of volunteers, interns, students and mentored new-grads.


Capital KIDS is seeking highly motivated and talented Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

We have clinic-based, school-based, or hybrid positions available in our East Sacramento clinic as well as neighboring schools. We work with children of all ages and diagnoses. We offer individual, group, and co-tx services. Therapists control the flow of their own caseloads.

We work with experienced and new therapists alike.

We offer intensive training and mentorship to CF's as well as therapists who are newly licensed or new to the pediatric or clinic-based/school-based setting.

We offer project development opportunities and career paths for experienced, highly competent therapists seeking advancement opportunities.

\*Pay rate is dependent on level of highly correlative experience and independence.

Job Types:

$ $62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
